Our 14-Day Return Privilege
In accordance with European Union guidelines, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the garment must be in pristine, unworn condition, completely free of any signs of use, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To ensure a seamless process, all returns are managed personally by our concierge team.

- Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide you with the exact shipping instructions and the address of our nearest designated return facility.
- Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
As an independent boutique, we ask that clients cover the return shipping costs. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service, as Miynora cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit before they reach our facilities.
Exchanges
For a change of size or color, the most efficient method is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired piece. However, if you have specific sizing concerns, please email us — our team is always happy to provide personalized guidance.
Cancellations & Modifications
Our fulfillment process begins swiftly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately. Once a piece has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to cancel the shipment, but we will gladly guide you through the return process upon its arrival.
Damages and Quality Concerns
Every garment undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before leaving our hands. In the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right without delay.
